Job Requirements
- Pickup truck required
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones for communication and documentation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers
- Transfer collected materials to appropriate on-site dumpsters or compactors
- Clean up loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Communicate effectively with property management when necessary
- Maintain strong connections with coworkers
- Adhere to company values and operational standards
