- ability to work scheduled hours Friday to Sunday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- ability to commute to job location

Job Duties
- Wipe and clean all glass doors and windows
- collect and empty trash bins around the building
- vacuum and clean all amenity rooms
- dust, wipe, and arrange furniture in lobby areas
- water potted plants
- clean elevator, stairwells, and parking garage
- sweep, dust, dust mop, and wet mop lobby areas
- clean the barbecue grills, empty trash cans, and sweep around the deck
- pressure wash parking garage, sidewalks, and other areas as directed
- disinfect all bathrooms
- perform preventive maintenance tasks as directed
