Job Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant mental health field
- Current licensure or licensure within 2 years if in progress
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to certify upon hire
- Experience providing clinical counseling and mental health treatment
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Job Qualifications
- Master's level licensed mental health clinician including but not limited to LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD
- Licensed within 2 years of hire if currently in licensure process
- BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience providing counseling and mental health services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Preferred 2 or more years of experience as independently licensed behavioral health clinician
- Preferred experience with evidence-based treatments for behavioral health disorders including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Preferred experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident management, and case management
Job Duties
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12 and older
- Lead support groups and psychoeducation groups
- Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops on mental health topics
- Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to ensure integrated continuity of care
- Utilize computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
- Address social needs of patients and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments
