Job Requirements
- pickup truck required
- ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- ability to work in inclement weather
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- valid driver's license
- reliable use of a pickup truck
- proficient with smartphone technology including data plan and camera
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers at apartment complexes
- transfer collected trash and recycling to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- clean up loose trash around the community
- document any resident non-compliance
- perform additional assigned duties as needed
- maintain strong connections with coworkers and management
- adhere to company core values in all tasks
