Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and walking
- Strong sense of responsibility and dependability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to uphold company core values of dependable, efficient, loving, truthful, and adaptable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waste management or customer service preferred
- Ability to work evenings Sunday through Thursday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated reliability and responsibility
- Physical ability to perform manual labor duties
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents
- Transfer trash and recycling to designated on-site dumpster or compactor locations
- Clean up loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance with waste policies
- Perform other assigned duties to maintain community cleanliness
