Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and lifting
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to document and report observations accurately
- Willingness to take ownership and initiative in completing assigned duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong connections with team and residents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or waste management preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability
- Commitment to upholding company core values of dependable, efficient, loving, truthful, and adaptable
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers
- Transfer trash and recycling to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document resident non-compliance with waste management policies
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while working independently
- Communicate effectively with management and residents as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
