Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- open availability
- ability to run a profitable restaurant
- capability to meet customer service and cleanliness standards
- experience working in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
- strong leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- previous restaurant manager experience running high-volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- leadership and team management skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- experience in coaching and directing teams
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- set goals for the restaurant and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach department leaders
- follow up on department progress
- hire and develop department and shift leaders
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
