Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • open availability
  • ability to run a profitable restaurant
  • capability to meet customer service and cleanliness standards
  • experience working in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
  • strong leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • previous restaurant manager experience running high-volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • experience in coaching and directing teams

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set goals for the restaurant and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach department leaders
  • follow up on department progress
