Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to participate in 4 weeks of paid training
  • Ability to pass FAA safety and language proficiency requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Willingness to undergo FAA safety and emergency procedure training
  • Ability to pass a language proficiency test in Spanish

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety at all times
  • Make bilingual announcements in Spanish and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
  • Provide compassionate passenger assistance and support
  • Collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff on flight operations
  • Maintain readiness for on-call shifts and flexible scheduling
  • Participate in comprehensive paid training and ongoing development
