Job Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Willingness to participate in 4 weeks of paid training
- Ability to pass FAA safety and language proficiency requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Willingness to undergo FAA safety and emergency procedure training
- Ability to pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety at all times
- Make bilingual announcements in Spanish and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
- Provide compassionate passenger assistance and support
- Collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff on flight operations
- Maintain readiness for on-call shifts and flexible scheduling
- Participate in comprehensive paid training and ongoing development
