Job Requirements

Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Ability to work in inclement weather
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Pickup truck required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in valet or property maintenance roles is advantageous but not required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Reliable and punctual
Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Comfortable using a smartphone with data and camera for job-related documentation
