Job Requirements

- ability to pass TSA and FAA background checks
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform safety-related duties
- excellent customer service orientation
- completion of JetBlue Airways training program
- willingness to relocate if required

Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- support guests and crew during all phases of flight with empathy and decision-making
- maintain operational discipline while delivering exceptional service
- participate in immersive training on aviation safety and crisis management
- communicate effectively with passengers and team members
- implement data-driven service delivery practices
