Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property maintenance or waste management preferred
- Ability to work evenings Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's trash container at an apartment complex
- Transfer collected materials to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
