Job Requirements

  • execute emergency evacuations
  • manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats with calm
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies
  • administer first aid, CPR, AED
  • collaborate with flight deck and ground medical support
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • provide personalized care
  • navigate flight delays
  • manage interpersonal conflicts
  • accommodate special passenger requests
  • work with diverse crews, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth operations
