- Strong leadership and team building skills

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and motivate Shift Leaders and Crew members
- Train new team members through the DHC Training Program
- Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
- Monitor budgets and manage inventory
- Order supplies and manage cash handling processes
- Maintain smooth operational flow from food preparation to customer service
