Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate Shift Leaders and Crew members
  • Train new team members through the DHC Training Program
  • Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
  • Monitor budgets and manage inventory
  • Order supplies and manage cash handling processes
  • Maintain smooth operational flow from food preparation to customer service
