Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and motivate Shift Leaders and Crew members
- Train staff through the DHC Training Program
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
- Handle guest concerns to ensure exceptional service
- Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cash management
- Assist in ordering supplies
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
