Job Requirements

  • possess at least 2 years of food industry management or leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate Shift Leaders and Crew members
  • manage day-to-day restaurant operations including food prep and customer service
  • provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
  • oversee budgeting, inventory control, and assist with ordering supplies
  • manage cash handling and ensure financial accuracy
  • train new team members through the DHC Training Program
  • maintain high standards of food safety and quality
