Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- minimum 2 years of food industry management experience
- high school diploma or GED
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
- experience with budgeting and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of food industry management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Experience in customer service and operational management
Job Duties
- Lead inspire and motivate shift leaders and crew members
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
- Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Assist with budgeting inventory ordering and cash management
- Train and mentor new employees through the DHC Training Program
