Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and motivate shift leaders and crew members
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
- Handle customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and supply ordering
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting
- Train new employees using the DHC Training Program
- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant goals
