Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate shift leaders and crew members
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
  • Handle customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and supply ordering
  • Manage cash handling and financial reporting
  • Train new employees using the DHC Training Program
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant goals
