Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and motivate shift leaders and crew members
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Oversee budget, inventory, ordering supplies, and cash management
- Train new team members through the DHC Training Program
- Assist the General Manager in running the restaurant smoothly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
