Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate shift leaders and crew members
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Oversee budget, inventory, ordering supplies, and cash management
  • Train new team members through the DHC Training Program
  • Assist the General Manager in running the restaurant smoothly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
