Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid food handler's permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Completion of Dave's Hot Chicken team member and shift manager training programs
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Must be service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to perform basic math operations (cash handling)
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- Handle customer concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and anticipate potential issues
- Enforce Dave's Hot Chicken standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members during your shift
- Support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls
- Open and close the restaurant as needed
- Travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
- Create a friendly, team-oriented work environment for both staff and customers
- Maintain all food and cash control procedures
- Be a leader in promoting company values like compassion, communication, and collaboration
- Ensure 100% shift attendance and lead by example
