Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid Food Handler’s Permit
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Completion of Dave’s Hot Chicken Team Member and Shift Manager Training programs
- proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
- strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- must be service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- bilingual skills a plus
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- ability to perform basic math operations (cash handling)
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- handle customer concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
- oversee daily restaurant operations and anticipate potential issues
- enforce Dave’s Hot Chicken standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- supervise, train, and motivate team members during your shift
- support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls
- open and close the restaurant as needed
- travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
- create a friendly, team-oriented work environment for both staff and customers
- maintain all food and cash control procedures
- be a leader in promoting company values like compassion, communication, and collaboration
- ensure 100% shift attendance and lead by example
