Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid Food Handler's Permit
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of Dave's Hot Chicken Team Member and Shift Manager Training programs
  • proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
  • strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • must be service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • bilingual skills a plus
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • ability to perform basic math operations (cash handling)

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
  • handle customer concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and anticipate potential issues
  • enforce Dave's Hot Chicken standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • supervise, train, and motivate Team Members during your shift
  • support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls
  • open and close the restaurant as needed
  • travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
  • create a friendly, team-oriented work environment for both staff and customers
  • maintain all food and cash control procedures
  • be a leader in promoting company values like compassion, communication, and collaboration
  • ensure 100% shift attendance and lead by example
