Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid food handler's permit
  • Completion of Dave's Hot Chicken team member and shift manager training programs
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must be service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Handle customer concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and anticipate potential issues
  • Enforce Dave's Hot Chicken standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members during your shift
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls
  • Open and close the restaurant as needed
  • Travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
  • Create a friendly, team-oriented work environment for both staff and customers
  • Maintain all food and cash control procedures
  • Be a leader in promoting company values like compassion, communication, and collaboration
  • Ensure 100% shift attendance and lead by example
