Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • 6-12 months experience in a comparable shift leadership role
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
  • Able to work in close quarters and around heat
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your shift, including opening/closing duties
  • Ensure the restaurant meets operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Assist in training and developing staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure resolution
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Track employee performance and provide feedback to improve individual and team efficiency
  • Handle cash management, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and operational improvements
