Job Requirements

  • High school or better
  • be at least 18 years old
  • 6-12 months experience in a comparable shift leadership role
  • effective communication skills
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50 - 75 lbs
  • ability to work in close quarters and around heat
  • commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
  • 6-12 months in a comparable shift leadership role

Job Duties

  • Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your shift, including opening/closing duties
  • ensure the restaurant meets operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • assist in training and developing staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
  • handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure resolution
  • monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • track employee performance and provide feedback to improve individual and team efficiency
  • handle cash management, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting
  • support the management team with administrative tasks and operational improvements
