Job Requirements
- High school or better
- be at least 18 years old
- 6-12 months experience in a comparable shift leadership role
- effective communication skills
- flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50 - 75 lbs
- ability to work in close quarters and around heat
- commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
- manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your shift, including opening/closing duties
- ensure the restaurant meets operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- assist in training and developing staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
- handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure resolution
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- track employee performance and provide feedback to improve individual and team efficiency
- handle cash management, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting
- support the management team with administrative tasks and operational improvements
