- completion or progress towards completion of the Food Safety ROU Course
- basic cooking skills
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- exceptional guest service skills
- preparing designated menu items using approved recipes, portions and plate presentations
- basic understanding of controlling food costs and demand impacts
- operating, preparing and cleaning all food preparation equipment and kitchen areas
- proper use of all cleaning materials
- ensuring proper inventory rotation through FIFO method
