Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion or progress towards Cast Certification Program
Completion or progress towards Food Safety ROU Course
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Good communication and public speaking skills
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
Compliance with food safety and sanitation laws
Ability to abide by dress code policies
Ability to work varied hours depending on theater needs
Ability to read and comprehend training materials
Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and reaching

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent if not a current high school student
Completion or progress towards Cast Certification Program
Completion or progress towards Food Safety ROU Course
Good public speaking and effective listening skills
Ability to perform calculations accurately

Job Duties

Regular and consistent attendance
Exceptional guest service skills
Preparing designated menu items using approved recipes, portions and plate presentations
Basic understanding of controlling food costs and demand impact
Operating, preparing and cleaning all food preparation equipment and kitchen areas
Proper use of all cleaning materials
Ensuring inventory rotation through FIFO method
Proper use of storerooms
Knowledge of kitchen opening, closing and in-between procedures
Knowledge of emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
Compliance with food safety and sanitation laws
Knowledge and compliance of dress code
Abiding by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Completion or progress towards cast certification
Reading and understanding training materials on harassment and discrimination
