Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • Able to work in close quarters and around heat
  • A positive attitude while conducting all duties

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
  • Work with other team members to prepare menu items following cooking instructions and safety procedures
  • Use kitchen machinery such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally according to restaurant policy
