Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • Able to work in close quarters and around heat
  • Positive attitude while conducting all duties

  • Effective communicator with teammates and restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
  • Operate kitchen machinery and equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
  • Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties as assigned
