Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
  • Maintain a positive attitude while conducting all duties
  • Commit to guest satisfaction
  • Be an effective communicator with teammates and restaurant management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

  • Use kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
