Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have the ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
- Maintain a positive attitude while conducting all duties
- Commit to guest satisfaction
- Be an effective communicator with teammates and restaurant management
- Provide identity verification via E-Verify
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic food safety knowledge is beneficial

Job Duties
- Greet guests and record orders with a positive and helpful attitude
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
- Use kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
