Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions and safety procedures
  • Operate kitchen machinery and equipment such as fryers, ice cream dispensers, and warmers
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas
  • Service restrooms and manage sanitation duties daily
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve issues
  • Follow all safety and security procedures assigned by the Restaurant Management Team
