- be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- have the ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
- be able to work in close quarters and around heat

Job Duties
- greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
- work with teammates to prepare items on the menu following cooking instructions and safety procedures
- use kitchen equipment such as fryers, ice cream dispensers, and warmers
- maintain restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils, and servicing restrooms
- handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and according to policy
- follow all safety and security procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
