Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work in close quarters and around heat

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
Job Duties
- Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
- Work with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety, and sanitary requirements
- Use kitchen machinery such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen utensils and restrooms
- Handle guests' concerns professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
