Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • Ability to work in close quarters and around heat

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Work with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety, and sanitary requirements
  • Use kitchen machinery such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen utensils and restrooms
  • Handle guests' concerns professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
