Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- have the ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
- be able to work in close quarters and around heat

Job Duties
- greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
- work with other teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety, and sanitary requirements
- use kitchen machinery and equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
- maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas, and servicing restrooms
- handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve issues according to restaurant policy
