Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • able to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with positive and helpful attitude
  • work together with teammates to prepare items on the menu while following cooking instructions and safety procedures
  • use kitchen equipment such as fryers, ice cream dispensers, and warmers
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
  • handle guest concerns and complaints calmly and professionally according to restaurant policy
  • follow all safety and security procedures
  • collaborate closely with restaurant management and team members to complete assigned tasks
