Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol according to all state and local laws
  • Completion of all legally required state or local training and obtain necessary certificates
  • Successful completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Must abide by all company policies including dress code and food safety laws
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy of cash drawer and inventory
  • Must be capable of working under pressure and in a team environment
  • Required to read and understand training on sexual harassment and discrimination

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent if not currently a high school student
  • Completion or progress towards cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist
  • Ability to perform fast and friendly service
  • Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Good public speaking and effective listening skills
  • Capable of performing calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to maintain vision requirements for the job

Job Duties

  • Prepare all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
  • Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Knowledge of all coupons and ongoing promotions
  • Promote Crown Club Program
  • Provide exceptional guest service skills
  • Handle all monies and merchandise including non-saleable and saleable
  • Operate, prepare and clean all related equipment
  • Proper use of all concession related storerooms
  • Proper use of all cleaning materials
  • Knowledge of all opening, closing and in-between show procedures
  • Knowledge of all emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
  • Use excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
  • Knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures
  • Comply with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Follow dress code compliance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by smiling, greeting and thanking all guests
  • Maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory and coupons
  • Knowledge of correct popper operation and emergency procedures
  • Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
  • Complete or make progress towards cast certification program
  • Read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
