Job Requirements
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
- Trustworthy and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles is an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable reliability and punctuality
- Commitment to high standards of work quality
- Basic knowledge of waste management practices
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's container
- Transfer collected waste to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain strong connections with coworkers extending beyond normal work hours
- Uphold OWR's core values in daily tasks
