- Pickup truck required
- ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- ability to work in inclement weather
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in waste collection or related field advantageous
- ability to operate a pickup truck
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently
- familiarity with using a smartphone and camera for documentation
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ containers at apartment complexes
- transfer waste to on-site dumpsters and compactors
- clean up loose trash around the community
- document resident non-compliance
- maintain strong communication and relationships with coworkers and management
- ensure work meets high-quality standards
- perform any additional duties as assigned
