Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • work together with team members to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
  • use kitchen machinery and equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing, sanitizing and disinfecting kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
  • handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
  • maintain a fast speed of service in a fast-paced environment
  • follow all safety and security procedures as directed by the management team
