Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- ensure adherence to safety, security, and profitability protocols
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transitions
- oversee food safety and inventory management
- manage staff scheduling and training
