Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks with few breaks
- ability to use detailed cleaning lists and complete tasks timely
- availability at 5am
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and minor repairs
- professional and mature attitude

Job Duties
- Unload delivery truck of food, paper and operating supplies twice weekly
- maintain organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- lead all maintenance and janitorial duties of indoor and outdoor facilities including kitchen, storage, service and dining areas
- filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds cleanliness
- clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
- mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed
- keep freezer, cooler and dry goods area organized at all times
