Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- physically able to perform repetitive tasks with few breaks
- mature and professional attitude
- availability to start work at 5am
- ability to follow detailed cleaning lists and work independently
- comfortable working with management to learn equipment maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- positive attitude
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
Job Duties
- Unload delivery truck twice weekly
- maintain organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- lead maintenance and janitorial duties for kitchen, storage, service, dining areas, equipment, oil fryers, lighting, parking lot, HVAC and exhaust units, roof, windows and trash areas
- filter oil fryers daily
- clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
- mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed
- keep freezer, cooler and dry goods areas organized at all times
