Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 18 years
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- ability to follow detailed cleaning lists
- flexibility to work early morning shifts
- positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to read and write
- possess basic computer knowledge
- have a positive attitude
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- manage time effectively
- hospitality knowledge and training
Job Duties
- Unloading delivery truck of food, paper and operating supplies twice weekly
- maintaining organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- leading all maintenance and janitorial duties of indoor and outdoor facilities including kitchen, storage, service and dining areas
- cleaning and maintaining equipment such as oil fryers, lighting, HVAC and exhaust units
- maintaining cleanliness of parking lot, roof, windows and trash areas
- filtering oil fryers daily
- taking out and emptying trash compactor
- changing light bulbs
- mopping interior floors and pressure washing parking lots as needed
- keeping freezer, cooler and dry goods area organized
