Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend and stoop frequently
- Must be self-directed and proactive
- Must be available at 5 a.m.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning lists
- Professional attitude and energy
- Basic maintenance knowledge including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting
- Ability to work with managers and supervisors to learn equipment operations
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment ideal
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Unload delivery truck twice weekly
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- Lead maintenance and janitorial duties of indoor and outdoor facilities
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC and exhaust units
- Mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed
- Keep freezer, cooler, and dry goods area organized
