Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with few breaks

- Comfortable using detailed cleaning lists

Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to read and write
- Basic computer knowledge

- Hospitality knowledge and training
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Unloading delivery truck twice weekly
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- Leading maintenance and janitorial duties of indoor and outdoor facilities
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds and parking lot cleanliness
- Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
- Taking out and emptying trash compactor
- Mopping interior floors and pressure washing parking lots
- Keeping freezer, cooler and dry goods areas organized at all times
