Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly
- ability to perform repetitive tasks with few breaks

Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Unloading delivery truck of food, paper, and operating supplies twice weekly
- maintaining organization and cleanliness of dry and refrigerated storage areas
- leading all maintenance and janitorial duties of indoor and outdoor facilities including kitchen, storage, service and dining areas
- cleaning and filtering oil fryers daily
- maintaining outside grounds including parking lot
- cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- taking out and emptying trash compactor
- changing light bulbs
- cleaning HVAC, exhaust units, and roof of debris
- mopping interior floors and pressure washing parking lots as needed
- keeping freezer, cooler, and dry goods areas organized at all times
