Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 8:15 pm
- Ability to manage responsibilities autonomously as the sole worker at the location
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID
- Ability to maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents
- Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Able to document and report resident non-compliance accurately
- Commitment to company values of dependability, efficiency, love, truthfulness, and adaptability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or waste management roles preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness
- Ability to physically perform duties including walking, lifting, and handling waste containers
- Commitment to upholding company core values
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's trash container at apartment complexes
- Transfer collected waste to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance with waste disposal policies
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment within the assigned property
- Communicate effectively with management and report any issues or concerns
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support community upkeep
