Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods, bend and stoop, and lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • ability to work in close quarters and around heat
  • demonstrate a positive attitude while conducting all duties

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • work with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
  • operate kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
  • handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly according to restaurant policy
  • follow safety and security procedures consistently
  • assist the restaurant management team with other assigned duties
