Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older
- must be ServSafe certified
- must have attended McDonald’s training classes
- must be able to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand for entire shift up to 8 hours
- must be able to perform general cleaning including sweeping and mopping
- must work under a drug-free policy

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to team and management
- oversee Guest Service including crew training and promotion execution
- ensure Kitchen delivers quality and safe food while controlling food costs
- manage People Department activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
