Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from resident containers at apartment complexes
- transfer trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- clean up loose trash around the community
- document resident non-compliance with waste policies
- perform assigned duties as needed
- maintain strong communication with coworkers and management
- ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
