- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management preferably in a fast-casual or QSR environment
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets labor and food costs

Job Duties
- Lead motivate and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
- Oversee daily operations including inventory staffing customer service and food safety
- Drive sales through effective marketing promotions and community engagement
- Manage the P&L ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with health safety and company standards at all times
- Handle employee performance training and development fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain restaurant budget controlling labor and food costs
