  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management preferably in a fast-casual or QSR environment
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets labor and food costs

Job Duties

  • Lead motivate and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory staffing customer service and food safety
  • Drive sales through effective marketing promotions and community engagement
  • Manage the P&L ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and company standards at all times
  • Handle employee performance training and development fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant budget controlling labor and food costs
